Hi everyone, Melissa here again today to share a short and sweet tutorial for no line coloring. Before I show you the simple tutorial I wanted to talk a bit about no line coloring. I’ve seen a number of talented artist try this technique and the results are gorgeous! I have to say that I never thought much about it for myself until I bought a little dew drop of Angel Pink Memento Ink. I stamped an image and began to color… WOW! What an experience; the no line coloring really makes you learn a lot about your markers and your coloring. Shading is taken to a whole new level as without good shading you won’t see edges properly. I started with a full person for my first. I would recommend something small, remembering that things close together, such as the ice cream scoops won’t be detected unless you color them properly. Don’t get frustrated with the technique and take your time. It’s much more intense than just coloring an image but really the results can be phenomenal. The most beneficial part of no line coloring for me was I learned more about how my ink flowed from my marker and how that ink effected the maker that was already down. The colors blend and move in unique ways. You must try this fun technique and good luck!
